A deposit is required when purchasing a membership pass at Skyland Pines Golf Club. For Seniors and High School Students, the deposit is $100.00. For all other categories the deposit will be $200.00. Membership passes sold are limited to a quota of 150.
Any membership pass balance will be due no later than May 15th of the year purchased. Passes not paid in full by that date will be declared null and void for non-payment of fees and the current balance will be retained as penalty unless alternative payment plans have been made with the Skyland Pines Business Office. There will be a monthly service charge of 1.5% on any balance 30 days overdue.
Refunds of deposits may be made prior to May 15th of the year purchased at the discretion of Skyland Pines Management. No refund will be made after May 15th of the year purchased under any circumstances.
* Senior and Senior Couple membership passes are valid weekdays until 3:00 PM and weekends and Holidays after 3:00 PM. Play is subject to course availability. Seniors must be 55 years of age.
Student memberships are valid from June 1 - September. Valid weekdays until 3pm and after 3pm weekend and holidays.
The golf course is open year round, weather permitting. Play for all membership pass categories is dependent on course availability. Golf Membership Passes are valid from date of purchase through December 31st of the year purchased.
The payment of deposits for the golf membership pass and your signature on the membership pass application will indicate your acceptance of the above conditions and terms of payment.
When purchasing a Range Pass, you must sign a Range Membership agreement form to confirm your acknowledgment of range policies and restrictions. Range passes do not include heated hitting area and are valid from April 1 through October 1.
